A. Spend over $100 and use code FREESHIPPING.
Q. How much is shipping if I spend less than $100?
A. All shipping is $10 per order.

A. We ship USPS either ground or priority mail.

A: We do our best to ship your order within 2-4 days!
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We will email you a USPS tracking number.
Q: Why don't you offer shipping outside the U.S.
A: Due to the very strict policies and logistics we only ship within the U.S.
Q: What if I have an issue with my order after it ships due to the post office or USPS?
A: Please reach out to the post office or UPS with your tracking number, they will be able to assist you better with any shipping or tracking issues.

We do not offer returns or refunds.
We do not reimburse for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS with any shipping issues.
All orders come with USPS tracking and insurance.
If there is an issue with damage to your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy it.
No Perfect Crystals
Each crystal is a unique piece of nature. We understand that following the metaphysical benefits of crystals is a spiritual practice. We do not offer any guarantees that owning or wearing any crystal will have a profound impact on mental and physical health. A spiritual journey is one's own to take and remember there is natural beauty in all crystals and it is perfectly ok to love them just for their beauty.
We take all our photos in natural light when possible. We do not alter or photocorrect our photos. You may see some color variation when you receive your crystals, due to colors on the internet versus real life.
Please note we work with many small family-owned suppliers and vendors. Some of these hand-carve or hand-craft each item. We are not a large company that discards crystals just because they have small natural imperfections. We choose to support small family-owned businesses because it is more sustainable and good practice. We will try our best to point out any imperfections in our listings.
